Techinical Sales Representatives

The primary responsibilities of this postion, Techinical Sales Representatives, include, but not limited to,
1. Understand the foundamental knowledge of company technologies and products, and skillfully present to the customers,
2. Familiar how to use and dementrate products and services,
3. Troubleshoot basic techinical issues,
4. Utilize the techinical knowledge background to increase sales,
5. Build rapport with customers,
6. Create sales orders and maintain customer profiles,
7. Work with other departments such as marketing, logisitics, and accounting to provide cohesive customer experiences
8. Reach monthly and annual sales target and techinical support target
9. Bilingual is a plus: English, Spanish
