Summary:
We are looking for motivated individuals who are looking to explore a career in manufacturing leadership. Successful candidates will be capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality & productivity. 
 
Successful candidates will primarily work on our production floor & will also be exposed to each of our business units throughout the summer. In addition to the duties listed below, each successful candidate will also be assigned a project relating to leadership to complete & report on by the end of the summer assignment. 
 
 
The Job You Will Perform:
  • Running machines and reading factory orders
  • Accurately reading gauges, tape measures and other test equipment
  • Utilizing basic shop math
  • Accurately completing quality / administrative documents and following directions
  • Implement & follow through on assigned manufacturing project
  • Report out on project results
 
 
The Skills You Will Bring:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in related field such as engineering, leadership, management is preferred
  • Interest in pursuing a career in leading and managing safety, quality, productivity and engagement
  • Desire to learn with urgency and eventually lead a team
  • Mindset to start from the ground up and understand its purpose
