In Analytics and Data we harness massive amounts of data, the latest technology, advanced machine and deep learning techniques to create relevant insights and informed decisions across the company. Learning new skills, researching, and using the latest algorithms and technologies is important to maintain our success for the next 90 years.
You Will:
Our projects often encompass research, design, coding, testing, scaling, implementation, measurement, and maintenance. Specifically, our operations research team focus is optimization (e.g., linear, Mixed-integer, and multi-objective models), simulation (e.g., event-based, Markov chain), and general machine learning applications. You are someone with programming and analytical experience and are willing to research approaches to tackle new problems.
- Use operations research and machine learning tools and techniques to develop mathematical models
- Partner with Senior OR/ML Scientists, Product Managers, and Business Partners to develop optimization and simulation models.
- Use advanced optimization solver (Gurobi) to solve optimization models. If needed, preforms comprehensive sensitivity analysis over the solution.
- Manipulate high-volume, high-dimensionality data from multiple sources, visualize patterns, anomalies, relationships, and trends, and perform feature engineering and selection
- Write production-level code to convert the optimization models into working pipelines
- Create scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, model validation and deployment
- Create and deploy analytical products, automate, and integrate into systems and business processes; develop consumable endpoints (Web Applications, REST APIs)
- Monitor deployed products for continuous improvement (hyperparameter tuning)

- Experience in algorithm design
- Experience with software engineering practices and leverage collaboration tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, GitHub)
- Experience with databases (e.g., Teradata, Snowflake, s3) and querying languages (e.g., SQL, SparkSQL)
- Familiarity with advanced data science toolsets (e.g., Tensorflow, Pytorch, Scikit-Learn, Airflow, Spark)
- Familiarity with consumable endpoints development and deployment (Web Applications, REST APIs)
