Summer 2023 Marketing Internship (In person - Cleveland, Ohio)
At martinwolf, marketing is about understanding the M&A industry and the buyers and sellers that make up the environment. When marketing we strive to build awareness about how our services can satisfy the needs of potential sellers and buyers. We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Intern who has a strong desire to learn new skills in order to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns within our M&A environment. Our ideal candidate has writing experience, particularly in external communications, social media management, with added bonuses for video editing and/or graphic design. They should be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities while thriving on deadlines and changing needs.
Based in the firm’s Cleveland, Ohio, office, martinwolf's Marketing Intern will report to the company’s Marketing Manager and be responsible for furthering both martinwolf's and IT ExchangeNet’s (ITX) brand identities through a variety of digital platforms. All marketing efforts originate in the Ohio office, where the firm’s ITX division is located.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented and thorough, with a creative flair
· Strong writing skills with experience synthesizing information
· iMovie, Adobe Premiere or other video editing platform experience preferred but not required
· Design and creation confidence surrounding email marketing
· Adobe InDesign and Photoshop design skills to create infographics preferred but not required
· Strong project management, multitasking, and brainstorming skills
· Understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook required
· Understanding of HubSpot, Salesforce and inbound marketing tools preferred but not required
· Interns are preferred in person in the Cleveland office 2-3 days a week and remote work is available.
