CRM Analyst
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Boston Red Sox are seeking a talented self-starter with a strong background in CRM and a passion for the business side of sports to join the organization’s Business Analytics & Intelligence team as a CRM Analyst. This role will be responsible for the administration, customization, and maintenance of the Red Sox Salesforce CRM environment, including providing direct support for all users.Â
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provision, onboard, and train all new users
- Design, build, and implement new solutions focusing on increased productivity for sales and service representatives
- Utilize Salesforce Flow to improve business processes by reducing redundant data-entry through automation
- Create and update Salesforce reports and dashboards for users and management
- Support sales initiatives by creating and managing campaigns leveraging data from our Google Cloud Platform data warehouse
- Ensure data accuracy between our ticketing platform (ProVenue), data warehouse, and CRM, with a specific focus on data synchronization and duplicate detection
- Evaluate and implement third-party applications with Salesforce
- Collaborate with users across the organization to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Train, guide, and support the revolving Business Analytics & CRM student co-op, delegating tasks when necessary
CHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as a Salesforce user, analyst or administrator
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- A history of success both driving projects independently as well as working within a larger team
- A passion for solving unstructured problems and the ability to take projects from start to finish under tight timelines.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
