Summer Internship - CRM - Scottsdale/Remote Full Time
Overview:
Reporting directly to the CRM Solutions Architect, this role will focus on the support and execution of projects identified in our roadmap to further integrate our CRM with commercial and customer-service related activities, daily activities related to our CRM administration, and identification of areas for process improvement,
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support and Execution of Projects
- Participation in calls with consultants and external vendors
- Application configuration maintenance
- Follow up with external stakeholders on action items
- Gather business requirements
- Define features and acceptance criteria
- Create user stories
CRM administration
- Support on and offboarding of users
- Create reports and dashboards to drive commercial and customer-service related decisions
- Migrate workflows and process builders to flows
Process Improvement
- Leverage ETL applications to integrate external data
- Research, identify, and suggest opportunities for streamlining and integration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Requirements:
Technical Skills -
- Salesforce declarative development
- Basic knowledge of database structure
- SQL, Python, BI tools such as Tableau
- Knowledge of Apex programming preferred
Candidates must be within 250 miles of an APL Logistics facility or office.
