Social Media & Marketing Intern

Chase Cost Management (CCM)  is seeking a Social Media Marketing intern for the Spring of 2023. Social Media Interns will experience working with the marketing and operations to develop and implement outreach and promotional campaigns on social media to boost brand engagement and increase revenue. The social media intern will learn how to create social media posts, assist to develop and manage social media calendars and work with the marketing and operations teams to brainstorm compelling social media campaigns. A good social media intern combines creative campaign ideas with analytical skills to create successful posts.
The candidate will work directly with the CCM Project Director to understand the division’s business environment and needs. They will identify and document relevant project documents, and related data to project, process, and specification details.

Learning Opportunities and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
  • Observe how to build and execute social media strategy based on management’s direction
  • Assist with Social Media and customer reviews.
  • Engage in responses to reviews through review channels
  • Identify benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs; report on effectiveness of campaigns
  • Understand trends in social media and customer reviews
  • Listen to brand and related topics of conversation in social space
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer service, product, content, etc.) to develop engaging content
  • Other duties as assigned.
  
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or, Business
  • Average GPA of 3.0+
  • Good interpersonal communicator and teamwork skills
  • Proficient social media skills (ie. LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Knowledge of GSuite, including Google Sheets
  • Ability to meet tight project deadlines

Duration:  90 days or more
