University Relations - OSS Operations Performance Management Intern
This ten-week paid internship is located in Richardson, TX
What Are Your Responsibilities?
– Support the development of a comprehensive analytics-driven operations monitoring strategy
– Conduct data mining and analysis to test controls and address key business risk
– Support data visualization and dashboard development for executive level stakeholders
– Participate in a data-oriented and growth-focused team environment
What Do You Need To Be Successful?
– Passion for analytics, problem solving, and process improvement
– Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases; SQL, Python, R coding a plus
– Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
– Exceptional attention to detail and quality
– Ability to self-motivate, remain organized, and receive direction well
– Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Practical, developed PC skills, especially Excel, Word, and Access
What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
– Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in data science, computer science, business analytics or related field
– Graduation date between December 2023 – June 2024
– A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
– Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer
– Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
