Job Shadowing

Thank you for your interest in a shadowing opportunity with Samaritan Health Services. Job shadowing is an activity that allows students to explore various professions in healthcare. This experience is limited to 24 total hours and participants may not actively participate in the delivery of patient care or engage in independent duties. This is a short-term experience which offers no academic credit, and is hosted by professionals to help students gain an insider’s view of a career field.

Instructions

1. The submission deadline of this application must be a minimum of 30 days prior to the desired start date of the experience. Incomplete or improperly submitted applications will not be accepted.

2. Submit your cover letter and resume along with the application.

3. Samaritan Professional Development will confirm receipt of your application via email. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however placement cannot be guaranteed.
