Our Economic Empowerment Division is looking for an outstanding individual for their open position!



Whole Family Coach
Provide intentional, intensive, family-centered coaching to families that are working toward economic security. This position meets people where they are at and partners to empower families to achieve their hopes and dreams. Programming is trauma-informed and carried out through a racial equity lens. Services are relationship based, flexible, adaptable, and not bound by program or funding restrictions. Collaborate to all Divisions and communicate with program community partners.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
·      Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, or another Human Service-related field
·      Ability to work independently and to work with families and individuals in crisis situations
·      Must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus by first day of employment
·      Valid driver’s license



Preferred Qualifications:
·      Experience in Community Action
·      Experience working with families living in poverty
