With a team of highly skilled professionals, the Company strives to combine unique vision, market knowledge, and a keen ability to execute any rehabilitation or new construction real estate developments including section 42 lowincome housing tax credit deals.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Analyst will work with all members of the development team to support affordable housing development. The Analyst will be working simultaneously on multiple projects at various stages of the ground up development life cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading financing efforts between acquisition and construction start of each development by:
• Understanding and synthesizing guidelines/NOFAs for affordable housing loans, grants and subsidies
• Preparing financing applications for affordable housing loans, grants and subsidies
• Coordinating third party deliverables from stakeholders (including lawyers, lenders, investors, brokers, market analysts, appraisers, architects, local government officials, and non-profit partners) • Modelling predevelopment and construction costs
• Analysing potential new development opportunities
• Continually identify opportunities for process improvement and systems enhancements
• Assist on varied ad hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance (3.5 GPA and above)
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Background in real estate, construction, architecture, finance, accounting, law, or other related field.
• Ability to complete complex assignments and handle multiple projects with minimal guidance.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
• Strong knowledge of Financial Modeling.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time sensitive projects.
• Positive attitude, highest ethical standards, professionalism

WORK MODE: Full time in mid-town Manhattan office
SALARY: $100k plus bonus and benefits
