Job Responsibilities: Provide technical signals and intelligence analysis assistance. Perform technical analysis of foreign communication signals derived from various sources. Use Industry standard tools to perform analysis. Produce detailed technical reports based on this analysis. Report monthly technical accomplishments stating what tasks were completed and mission impact.
Essential Functions: - Prepare documents, reports, non-hardware multi-media products, and/or studies as required by the client. Prior to release, present these items to the Prime (Technical Manager) for approval by the Government Task Manager to ensure content accuracy, and that security considerations are properly addressed.
- Develop, process and evaluate Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) data - Responsible for Communications Intelligence (COMINT) signals analysis of foreign satellite communications systems - Use analysis tools, techniques, and procedures to develop analysis products - Produce technical SIGINT exploitation reports and products
- Technical Status Reports: Prepare and deliver to the Prime Program Manager (PM) and Deputy PM, monthly technical accomplishments stating what tasks were completed and mission impact.
- Possibility of CONUS and Non-CONUS travel opportunities
Position Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in SIGINT collection and analysis - High School Diploma
- Knowledgeable in the use of standard IC analysis tools; Martes, WVT, DVT, SATT, PKTSWING, etc - Formal signals analysis training
