Structural Engineering Summer Intern

Job Summary
Summer internship positions in our Nashville office for civil/structural engineering students. Will be involved in all aspects of the engineering firm, including engineering design/analysis and construction administration. The position is 40 hours/week for approximately 3 months.
 
 
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering with a current GPA of 3.0 or higher from an accredited university. Must be eligible to work in the United States and have reliable transportation to our office in Nashville. Applicants should also be highly motivated, have a sound technical background, and possess excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities and Duties
Job responsibilities will include working alongside professionally-licensed engineers on structural calculations, creating RAM and Risa models, learning the latest building and material codes, reviewing shop drawings, and preparing construction documents in Revit.
