Data Analyst

ACTIA Corp has been manufacturing quality vehicle electronics and diagnostic equipment for growing markets such as Off-Highway, Bus & Coach, Truck & Fleet, Marine and Specialty Vehicles for over 30 years. ACTIA Group is an international group based in Toulouse, France.

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Elkhart, IN. This Data Analyst will support ACTIA Corporation by automating data processes and creating tools for Management to sue to improve business operations.

Job Specific Competencies:
  1. Programming
  2. Responsible for writing programs that will extract data from a variety of sources to be analyzed by or with management.
  3. Develops software programs that present data in a useful format for business needs.
  4. Communication
  5. Works with various departments to determine the exact nature of the reporting required
  6. Communicates data administration concepts to Management and team members via oral/written reports, presentations or general discussions
  7. Legal Compliance
  8. Ensure legal compliance with state, federal and OSHA requirements
  9. Ensure ISO procedures are followed
  10. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

 Minimum Qualifications and Education
  • Associates Degree, Bachelor’s preferred, in related field
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Infor VISUAL experience is preferred
  • Must be ITAR eligible
  • Experience with creating reports in Crystal Reports
  • Ability to write triggers, stored procedures and AQL queries
  • Ability to create and maintain databases
  • Programming, JAVA and VB.NET knowledge is helpful
  • Experience in Database management is required
  • Knowledge of QCBD software is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
