Riverside is seeking a passionate Clinical Triage/Intake Coordinator (T/IC) to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team!
 
The Community Behavioral Health Center is a new provider model serving as an entry point for timely, flexible, evidence-based treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders for MassHealth members of all ages. The Riverside centers in Milford and Norwood will now serve as two of 25 different CBHCs across the Commonwealth, with integrated teams of nurses, clinicians, peers, and case coordinators providing routine and urgent outpatient care, as well as 24/7 community-based crisis intervention as an alternative to hospital emergency departments.
 
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!
 
In this vital role, the Clinical Triage/Intake Coordinator (T/IC) completes initial diagnostic evaluations with clinical formulation and recommendations for treatment per regulatory statutes for all ages and all individuals accessing treatment regardless of insurance. This position will closely work with the Administrative Intake Coordinators (AICs).
 
Salary: $ 70,500/annual independently licensed; $ 67,500/annual unlicensed/initial license
 
Schedule: Full Time with the need to work some evenings until 8 p.m.

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced computer fluency, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record system
  • Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
 
Required Experience
  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
  • Independent licensure strongly preferred; LCSW within 6 months of LICSW considered
  • Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
  • Child and Adolescent Needs Assessment (CANS) certified
  • Emergency Services/Triage experience preferred
