Translational Regulatory Intern

Location: Gaithersburg, MD
We are currently seeking rising undergraduate students working towards a degree in biology for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2023.

Objectives/Goals of the Position:
  • Help qualified intern student hands-on learning experience about regulatory affairs for medical devices; 
  • Assist translational regulatory team in projects that require Briefing Document preparation. 

Primary Duties:
  • Review regulatory issues with RA management focusing on computational pathology-based medical devices and digital health devices/tools; 
  • Support more senior RA specialists in preparation of briefing documents; 
  • Explore emerging regulatory requirements in ex-US countries. 

Requirements:
  • Rising undergraduate students working towards a degree in biology.
  • Writing skills, communication, oral presentation, motivated team-player.
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0.
