Pinkaholics Anonymous LLC

Are you ready to take your design skills to the next level? Look no further! Pinkaholics Anonymous LLC, a women’s apparel and jewelry brand, is looking for ambitious and trend-savvy apparel or jewelry design interns to join our team. We are rebranding and scaling rapidly. Accordingly, we are seeking top talent to match this speed of growth. Our internship offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and gain valuable experience from industry veterans. (Check us out at www. pinkaholicsanonymous.com.)

Check with your school's Internship Coordinator BEFORE accepting the hiring offer to determine if this position satisfies the criteria for receiving academic credit.

This is a highly competitive, unpaid internship where you may be able to earn academic credits and receive personalized attention, professional guidance, and review from senior members of the company, who are veterans in the industry. We received 42 applications last cycle, and only top 7 talents were chosen. Your design will have the potential to be exposed to thousands of women who love fashion, a rare opportunity that has excited our previous interns and which they found very satisfying. It is a huge exposure. Furthermore, upon successful completion, you will receive a recommendation letter that will boost your portfolio for the next steps in your career.

After the internship, we may also consider interns as potential candidates for the Design Associate position with us if they so desire, although after-university employment is not guaranteed.

In addition to working with design supervisor and affiliate designers within our network, you will work closely with CEO Olivia Noh, a fashion business lawyer (Harvard Law School, JD ‘22, barred in Massachusetts), with an extensive network of industry professionals, including not only fashion designers but also shakers in the fashion business, whom you can meet to discuss your career goals as a potential candidate for employment and seek advice about the industry.

Furthermore, if you are interested in learning about the fashion sourcing and manufacturing process, you are welcome to gain international experience by working with 20+ factories in our global network. This international experience will be invaluable for any creative who seeks to create their own designs and see them through to actual products, as well as those who aspire to build their brand down the road and will benefit from having the skills to locate quality factories and negotiate with vendors at various stages of the process, including determining the price and minimum order quantity, sample creation, review, inspection, shipment arrangement, and dispute resolution should anything goes wrong. Interns will gain an understanding of cultural differences and how to effectively communicate and build relationships with international actors.

To those interested, there will be various opportunities to learn about fashion business and marketing and participate in our social media campaigns, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and ambassadorship involving sororities across the nation, and loyalty program under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Interns are welcome to grow their own social media accounts in relation to doing any social media work for us.

This internship will be on-site. Hours are flexible, so long as in compliance with school rules regarding credits.

Travel and lodging stipends may be provided upon discretion if work requires travel to locations, including Miami, Florida for photoshoots and social media content creation.
