MERCHANT TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Participants gain experience in Store Operations, Merchandising, and Planning.
- Develop foundational competencies needed to become a successful merchandiser.
- Gain exposure to different business units while attending hands-on training classes.
- Experience rapid career progression for a career in Buying or Planning.
- Participants partner with their Buying mentor to impact business in their assigned store.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR!
- Bachelor’s Degree by Spring 2023 with a strong desire to be a future Buyer or Planner.
- Business curiosity with the ability to analyze reports and create opportunities to maximize sales.
- Self-starter with the ability to follow through on projects and commitments while adapting in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid driver’s license (Requires minimal travel between stores and various meetings)
- Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must have full body rotation and mobility (i.e., bending, stooping, etc.)
