POSITION SUMMARY: Located in either Springfield, MO or Lincoln, NE In office
The CLUB Team Creative Designer is responsible for creating visual assets, both print and digital. The CLUB Creative Designer must champion brand hierarchy and ensure brand consistency in all designs. This role is responsible for participating in the concept development, design, layout and production of design from start to live. Some tasks include but not limited to support, design, coding landing pages in multiple platforms, Email designs, and print.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Produces digital creative for emails, homepage, categories, landing pages, coding, and deployment.
  • Produces in store signage and print pieces.
  • Participates in concept development and design ideation of visual designs, web layouts, branding campaigns, and projects as assigned.
  • Assists in the execution & deployment of the graphic production life cycle from project-turnover to live-and-on-website of various projects and visual designs.
  • Influences, interprets, and maintains Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's/CLUB style guide(s) for use of logos, icons, color palettes and design.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum Degree Required: Associate degree in fine arts or a related field
  • Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in fine arts or a related field
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years
  • 1 year of experience in a commercial website environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Programs with emphasis on Adobe XD, and Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite Applications Photoshop, Indesign and HTML
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver high quality designs with limited production time.
  • Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current workload.
  • Develop cohesive designs while bringing together disparate design elements created by other professionals, such as icons, photographs, enterprise designs and components necessary for website design.
  • Consult with variety of stakeholders to create cohesive designs that meet creative brief objectives.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
