What You’ll Learn:
- How to develop seasonal product strategies that deliver to financial targets
- How to maintain the integrity of spreadsheets and planning databases
- How to participate in retail, catalog, and email planning for the season
- How to proofread catalog pages during catalog production for content accuracy
- How to provide weekly reporting and a regular recap of sales information to management
- How to communicate with key business partners
- How to analyze the retail industry and competition
What We’re Looking For:
- A current undergraduate student of Merchandising or a similar program
- Familiarity with omnichannel business model-catalog, online, and stores
- A roll-up-your-sleeves kind of work ethic
- A passion for sharing ideas and being a hands-on team member
- The ability to complete projects with cross-functional partners
- The ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- The ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
