What You’ll Learn:
- How to gather and consolidate information by observing workflows, reading company reports, conducting employee interviews, etc
- How to determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data
- How to document findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations
- How to prepare and present data to management teams
- How to make recommendations on new processes and procedures to enhance operations
- How to determine the effectiveness of new processes
- How to assist with maintaining quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- A current undergraduate student of Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a similar program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Experience writing SQL code
- Experience with Incorta, Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools
- A roll-up-your-sleeves kind of work ethic
- A passion for sharing ideas and being a hands-on team member
- The ability to complete projects with cross-functional partners
- The ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- The ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
