Device Engineer Intern
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
We are currently seeking rising junior or senior student working towards a degree in biology for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2023.
Objectives/Goals:
To build a database that can be used for targeted organ delivery.
Primary Duties:
- Perform market research to compile a list of devices that can be used for targeted organ delivery
- Perform basic characterization work on the devices with guidance from hiring manager
Requirements:
- Basic Microsoft skills
- Lab experience
- Experience with using basic measuring tools
- Vision system
- Material tensile tester
- Minimum grade point average of 3.0
