Photo Studio - Art Direction Summer Intern
Overview
The Express Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid program that offers undergraduate Juniors and Seniors the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to various aspects of a retail fashion company. The Summer Intern class will include students interested in hands-on experience in an area of interest and exposure to cross-functional collaboration as well as gaining valuable professional development.
The 2023 program runs from June 5th to August 11th, and positions will be available in our Columbus, Ohio headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Express' Photo Studio professionals
- Pull inspirational social and photography swipe to support the seasonal concepts
- Assist in the creation of social campaign from casting, ideating, assigning looks and capturing and editing content
- Learn on-set art direction for on-figure and off-figure, reviewing final edits with Art Director
- Attend monthly Style Out meetings
- Assist in organizing monthly assets for each month
- Available to attend photoshoots if necessary
- Additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- Availability to work full time (40 hours per week)
- Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
