Facility Management Intern

Facility Management Intern: The Waste Treatment Plant is one of the world’s largest construction projects located on the Department of Energy Hanford Site, located in Richland, WA. This position shall be performed under the day-to-day direction, control and supervision of the Deputy Nuclear Facility Manager. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS
  • Support updates to and implementation of eSOMS, an electronic database used to input plant configuration information and input operator logs

  • Support eSOMS users training, troubleshooting and optimization

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of operations team metrics and communication products using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio

Education: Junior or Senior year toward an AS or BS Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science

Experience: No experience needed
