Ceramics Instructor/Counselor
Camp Micah is an overnight summercamp in Bridgton, Maine for kids ages 8-15. We are looking for a Ceramics Instructor to join our Creative Arts team this summer. This is a great job for a young adult who enjoys working with children and wants to have a life changing experience.
Responsibilities as a Ceramics Counselor:
- Teach ceramics/pottery classes to campers of ages 8-15
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum that are appropriate for a wide array of age ranges and abilities
- Collaborate with other art staff to provide a variety of project options
- Live in a cabin with a group of 8 campers
- Be an appropriate role model for campers, ensuring their physical and emotional safety
