Tech Design Summer Intern
Overview
The Express Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid program that offers undergraduate Juniors and Seniors the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to various aspects of a retail fashion company. The Summer Intern class will include students interested in hands-on experience in an area of interest and exposure to cross-functional collaboration as well as gaining valuable professional development.
The 2023 program runs from June 5th to August 11th, and positions will be available in our Columbus, Ohio headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in creating tech packs and managing technical information database
- Prepare & measure garment samples for fit sessions
- Support with sample tracking and fit coordination
- Organize samples and tech packs
- Assists in a technical project and a range of admin duties

- Capacity & Interest to learn othersoftware Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Gerber, PLM
- Basic knowledge and experience with patternmaking and garment making
- High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability
Requirements
- Availability to work full time (40 hours per week)
- Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
