- To support and implement experimental research in nutritional, dietetic, biological and/or health science on one or more project(s); coordinate the collection of data; perform study measurements; participate in recruitment and data analysis; prepare study interventions; assist in training research personnel; and supervise the day to day activities of students
- A bachelor’s in an appropriate biological/health/nutrition or food sciences or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Registered Dietitian (RDN), Registered Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse credential is desired.
- Required: Ability to translate, adapt and apply academic and/or practical knowledge to conduct biological/health/nutrition science research. Detailed organization skills. Experience with effectively communicating with a diverse employee and customer base. Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to problem solve, take initiative, and provide recommendations to complete job task. Preferred: Experience conducting food science/nutritional, health and/or dietetic clinical research.
