Medical Assistant

1. Medical Assistant, will train

2. We are an adult and pediatric allergy practice.

3. Position will require you to administer allergy injections, preparation of allergen serum, taking vitals, perform allergen skin testing and intradermals, vaccine administrations, patch testing, pulmonary testing.

4. Interview patients and document basic medical history.

5. Assist during medical examinations.

6. Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments.

7. Fluent in English, with excellent writing and grammatical skills.

8. Understanding of HIPAA & OSHA regulations.

9. Clear, concise communication skills.

10. Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills.

11. Strong sense of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for customers and team members.

12. Knowledge of Glace (EMR) a plus but not required. Must have good computer skills.

13. Must be punctual and committed to work schedule.

14. Must have up to date Covid vaccines and Hep B vaccine or Hep B titers records in order to apply. There will be no exceptions as we see immunocompromised patients
