Talent & Development Intern
Location: Wilmington, DE
We are currently seeking rising undergraduate juniors or seniors working towards obtaining a degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2023
Objectives/Goals of this Position:
Support Talent and Development (T&D) initiatives including onboarding and engagement activities for summer interns.
Primary Duties:
Support US Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit (BBU) T&D
Requirements:
- Rising undergraduate juniors or seniors working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications.
- Project management skills.
- Previous internship in Human Resources or Talent Development preferred.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0+
