The State Water Resources Control Board has an opening for an Environmental Scientist to join a dynamic team environment in the Strategic Stormwater Planning Unit. We are seeking a talented scientist with strong critical thinking skills to assist the team in leading the evolution of stormwater management in California. The individual will work with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and geologists to develop and implement stormwater-related projects aligned with the Water Board's Strategy to Optimize Resource Management of Stormwater and the Governor’s Water Supply Strategy. The individual may also act in a lead capacity to develop and implement scientifically-sound water quality control plans and policies.
