Human Resources/Admin Specialist

Entry-level human resources support position that performs a variety of human resources responsibilities relating to the implementation and administration of the company's human resources policies, procedures, and programs, which may include but is not limited to the following: all aspects of the hiring function, maintain current job opening information, Affirmative Action Program data entry, assist in areas such as Family Medical Leave Act, drug testing, benefits administration, and compiling and preparing weekly and monthly audits of HR programs and procedures.
 
Primary focus/responsibilities will be, but are not limited to the following: maintaining salaried and non-union hourly files, new hire orientation, detailed knowledge of benefits for salaried and hourly plans, Accident and Sickness, maintain FMLA records, monitor billings for employee physicals, safety glasses, and drug screenings, and record retention for Employee Relations department. Provide support for department staff members. Ability to manage multiple processes and projects with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, responsibility and confidentiality.
