Counselor-Summer Camp 2023
COUNSELOR | As a camper’s main person throughout the day, you will be a role model, a mentor, a listening ear and support. Research shows that counselors have the most impact on a camper’s experience. If you love to hang out with kids, play games, and show how awesome God’s family can be by being inclusive, caring, and helpful, this position is for you! Counseling staff spend night and day with kids and get to participate in all of the fun parts of the camp day! Most activities throughout the day are planned by others, allowing you to focus on your campers. Throughout the summer, counselors will also spend time on a Day Camp team, leading Vacation Bible School at congregations around Minnesota. You may also be called at times to serve as a host for retreat and rental groups that utilize our sites.
