IT Help Desk Technician R233

Towne Properties is an award-winning property management and development company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are seeking a full-time Tier I Help Desk Professional to join us in providing our associates with level one support by investigating and resolving software and hardware issues while supporting other IT members with projects as needed.

This challenging opportunity includes duties such as:
  • Answering incoming requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies
  • Handling problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems
  • Preparing monthly department billing, files, and other clerical tasks


You offer the following minimum requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and MS O365
  • Network A+ (Hardware and Software) certifications desired
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Drug and background check
