Reports to: Vice President, Operations & Human Resources
Location: Remote Work (only in CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, MD, NE, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, VA, WA, DC)

Position Summary:
The Intern, Operations & Human Resources will support the Operations & Human Resources team members with administrative duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Support with onboarding activities for employees
- Provide support for compliance and engagement projects
- Participate in applicant prescreen calls and take notes
- Communicate with applicants as needed
- Other administrative duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- Current college student in a related discipline
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Strong listening and notetaking skills
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills, ability to process information quickly and work independently
- Detail-oriented, dependable and highly flexible
- Available for 12-20 hours per week during the Spring 2023 semester. The Spring 2023 Internship program is from January through April.
