MId-Level Architect

Mid-Level Architect

Job Description: We are currently seeking mid-level architectural staff candidates to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of years’ experience or more. We desire for all applicants to have the ability to produce a complete set of architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documents. Experience with small and large scale, residential, mixed use, and commercial projects, is desired. Experience in working on high-rise projects would also be beneficial. Qualified candidates should exhibit strong and effective organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to present confidently. Candidates should be able to coordinate projects independently from conceptual design through construction administration. Current positions available are full time and in-person. Responsibilities Include: · Have an active role on a multi-disciplined team and coordinate work through multiple phases of architectural projects · Have an active participatory role in owner/client and internal coordination meetings, and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance · Coordinate workload of team members through multiple phases to complete documents on schedule · Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines and team members · Prepare set of construction documents · Provide construction administration and all related activities as needed · Excellent and clear communication skills to be used in a collaborative environment with team members and consultants throughout the project development in all phases Desired Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
2. 5 years’ experience minimum
3. Registered Architect or in process with ARE exams (encouraged)
4. Professional proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, work samples required 5. Ability to develop and coordinate construction drawings
6. General understanding of architectural and engineering systems, products, building materials, and specifications.
7. Capable of taking a project from the schematic phase through construction administration.
8. The ideal candidate will be able to grow into a role within the office that can manage the production and implementation of multiple projects through effective leadership and delegation.
9. Solid knowledge of architectural design development, construction documents, codes, standards, and other disciplines.
10. 3D modeling and presentation skills a plus.
11. Demonstrated capacity for design sensitivity.
12. Core & shell and as well interior experience needed.
13. Strong technical and graphic communication skills.
14. MUST be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
