Accounting Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting the various accounting functions related to the Green Bay Packers and Titletown Development. In addition, this position will maintain various files and spreadsheets and assist in all other accounting areas as needed. 
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for backing up the daily/monthly accounting/analysis/reporting for Titletown and the Retail and Ticketing departments.
  • Assist in the review, analysis, and reporting on Concessionaire activity including Game Day and Non-Game Day, 1919 Kitchen and Tap, Titletown Plaza, 46 Below, The Turn and Lambeau Field Events in cooperation with Staff Accountant, Business Information Analyst and Concessionaire personnel.
  • Responsible for maintaining P&L statement for Non-Football Events.
  • Responsible for reconciling, forecasting, and analyzing monthly financial results vs. budget with assigned departments and explaining material variances.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations for related general ledger accounts and resolve variances.
  • Responsible for assisting with the annual budget preparation of various departments and general ledger accounts.
  • Responsible for reconciling the bank statement on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in the documentation and monitoring of internal controls for all related areas.   
  • Perform both required and ad hoc reporting for the NFL including but not limited to Reporting Package, Conforming Report, AR/CR Analysis, 5 Year Projections and GameDay Flash Reports.
  • Assist Finance staff with other projects as requested.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of Associates Degree required preferably in accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience with accounting preferred
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized and able to handle highly confidential materials with discretion
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and effectively meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
  • Ability to reach, stoop, and lift when needed.

  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Travel is not required for this position.
