Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is primarily responsible for supporting our Sales Department by identifying and generating qualifiable leads, as well as screening potential merchants who can benefit from Paybotic’s service offerings. As the first line of communication with prospects, Sales Development Representatives have a strong understanding of the sales process, excels at researching leads, formulating new relationships, and transitioning rapports to ultimately support the on-boarding process. Every potential customer/merchant is an opportunity to boost timeline revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. This role will collaborate heavily with Sales Account Executives and other stakeholders to identify and on-board new merchants.
