The Red Hat HR Business Process Analyst (BPA) team is looking for a creative, passionate individual who is ready to join us as an HR Business Process Analyst Intern and learn within an innovative and dynamic company. What you will do
- Supporting projects to optimize Red Hat’s hiring and onboarding processes
- Documenting current-state processes and pain points
- Providing project management support for the projects to which you are assigned
What you will bring

- Reliable; you “do what you say you’re going to do”
- Ability to work full time May-August
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prefer either a May 2023 graduation date or a rising senior
