The Red Hat HR Business Process Analyst (BPA) team is looking for a creative, passionate individual who is ready to join us as an HR Business Process Analyst Intern and learn within an innovative and dynamic company. What you will do

  • Supporting projects to optimize Red Hat’s hiring and onboarding processes
  • Documenting current-state processes and pain points
  • Providing project management support for the projects to which you are assigned

What you will bring

  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical and logical thinker
  • Reliable; you “do what you say you’re going to do”
  • Ability to work full time May-August
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Prefer either a May 2023 graduation date or a rising senior

  • You have a passion for open source and working collaboratively
