Market Entry Specialist
1.Create a good market access environment for the company by establishing long-term strategic partnerships with the bidding office, health care commission, medical insurance bureau, and other government departments through compliant communication and project cooperation.
2.Advocate, cooperate and achieve various market access work objectives of the marketing system.
3.Establish and maintain public resource relationships and manage various bidding listing platforms and system resources.
4.Integrate domestic pricing strategies and suggest pricing strategies in market access.
5.Responsible for the planning and implementation of the national market access work to ensure the normal development of sales behavior, including close cooperation with regional marketing and sales colleagues to support the provinces and market access work, such as policy information collection and research, bidding and procurement, centralized procurement, key customer maintenance, etc..
6.Doing dynamic maintenance of product information database, collection and analysis of product access data and competitor information to provide a basis for decision-making.
7.Research policies and regulations, organize special research and analysis, update policy and regulatory information promotion and training.
8.Support the department and the company level to deal with unexpected events.
9.Finish other work arranged by superiors.
1.Bachelor's degree or above, pharmaceutical related majors.
2.Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving.
3.Have good team spirit and anti-stress ability, with relevant team management experience.
