THE PROGRAM:
As a Management Associate, you will gain experience and exposure to MGM Resorts, a global leader in the entertainment and hospitality industry. In this 9-month program, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and education and develop new ones!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Lead projects and manage teams during structured departmental rotations
- Collaborate with company leadership and operational experts during interactive learning sessions
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and operational enhancements
- Plan, research and execute Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
- Engage in self-directed work based on personalized learning plans aligned to goals and professional development opportunities in your chosen area of operation
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Will be 21 years of age prior to the start of the program
- Enjoys using critical thinking and problem solving in a fast paced and exciting environment
