IT Service Management Internship
We currently seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, problem solving student with an opportunity for a paid internship position on the IT Service Management Office team.
Essential Functions:
- Candidate must have knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Assets and Configuration Management processes or overall knowledge of service management practices.
- Experience with Service Management tool like ServiceNow or any other system as such.
- Experience with Data Analytics, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certified preferred
Education:
- Degree Requirement: Must be actively enrolled in a related degree program.
- Full Time, Summer position in the Berlin, CT office.
