Junior Architect

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The position description for Junior Architect that entails but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:  
 
·      Develop Architectural Construction Documents in Revit format.
·      Coordinate with corresponding project consultants.
·      Coordinate Architectural Construction Documents in assistance with team members assigned to any given project.
·      Coordinate project scheduling, budget, and set-up with GA team, client, and contractors as applicable.
·      Develop pre-liminary design as needed including space planning.
·      Perform construction administration tasks as required per project.
·      Have and implement working knowledge of building codes and standards.
·      Maintain a customer service-oriented approach with client throughout each project phase.
·      Perform construction administration tasks as required per project.
·      Implement strong technical design capabilities through the use of software in the deliverables of all design phases including but not limited to Autodesk CAD, Revit, BIM Software, BlueBeam Revu, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office 365, Enscape, 3D, among others.
·      Superb and exact verbal, written and organization skills.
·      Dedicated and committed professional character with the firm and colleagues.
·      Maintain absolute confidentiality in all aspects of project, staff and company information.
·      Have and maintain a high level of ethics, integrity, reliability with the execution of all tasks assigned.
 
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
·      Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
·      Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an Architecture firm.
·      Well organized with the ability to manage time and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
·      Strong organizational, communication, verbal, and written skills.
·      Proficiency in computer systems and key software and applications tools such as Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
·      Highly motivated with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
·      Proactive and detail oriented.
