Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits) - OMS

This position is in the Office of Mission Support, Office of Management and Administration, Human Resources Management Division, Employee Benefits Branch.

About the Office of Mission Support:


You will:
  1. Assist in providing benefits advisory services, providing review, analysis, and general guidance in routine areas, providing advice and assistance on routine benefits and entitlements issues for employees, family members, managers and supervisors, and applying federal laws and regulations, policies, and procedures.
  2. Assist in processing benefits action requests and utilizing automated HR systems and databases.
  3. Assist in production management by monitoring receipt, progress, completion, and accuracy of automated HR systems for processing requests received and conducting quality review of work to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance and procedures.
