Bklyn Bento is upcoming earth-friendly brand that was recently nominated for 2 major awards:
The Emerging Brand Award and the Sustainable Design Award… and we won the Sustainable Design Award!!!
We were also recently featured on Good Morning America :)
We are looking for someone to increase our company’s social media engagement.
Most notably, answering comments on our social feeds as well as “starting the conversation” by commenting on other people’s / company’s posts. The goal is to increase our followers.
Please note to be considered for this role, you should have prior experience in:
- Managing social media accounts
- Growing engaged followers
The following is not required but would be super cool if you have experience in the below:
- Running campaigns and contests to gain followers and increase engagement
- Understanding of Paid Advertising within social media
Not a New Yorker… no worries. We recognize there is great talent outside of NY.
While we are located in Brooklyn, NY, the social media manager can work remote.

- In-depth knowledge of social networks / communities
- Strong communication skills, visual, written and verbal
- Must be creative, outgoing, enthusiastic and an independent problem-solver
- Helping to save the planet makes you feel warm and fuzzy (we sell eco-friendly products)
