Student Trainee (Management Analysis) (HCRM) (Fort Bliss, TX)
LOCATION: FORT BLISS, TX (ON-SITE)
This paid internship opportunity will allow students to gain valuable experience in Management Analysis. In addition to pay, we also offer our interns up to $10,000 towards tuition each academic year.
Our Student Intern Program offers post-secondary students 12 weeks of full-time employment, up to 480 hours, during the summer months. Approximate employment dates are end of May through mid-August. Employment is intended to continue each subsequent year during the summer months while the student is enrolled in a degree program.
In this role, the Student Trainee will work under close supervision performing assignments and completing training. At the full-performance level, you will be expected to:
· Provide direct support to the management analysis function for production management programs.
· Assist with management studies of organizations, procedures, and functions.
· Prepare reports and compile data for higher management analysts.
· Analyze programs to resolve problems and determine applicable compliance requirements.
