Student Life Office Activity Staff
Responsible for contributing to the operations of Student Life. This position will program activities for student engagement. Check out and organize activities that include, games, manage new conference rooms meeting space and special activity programs. This will include providing a welcoming presence in the lower level Student Life areas, and understanding behind the scenes help with events. This position incudes, answering emails, phone calls, networking with parents, families, and new students.
Hours for this position will follow these parameters:
Fall/Winter
Monday – Friday, 5 -10 p.m.
Saturday 12 – 5 p.m.
Sunday 3 – 8 p.m.
Summer
4 – 8 p.m., Monday – Friday
1-4 p.m., Saturday & Sunday
Student Staff Team Members must:
- Willing to know (or learn) the areas of Student Life that students can get involved in.
- Interested in a specific area in Student Life
- Willing to work in-person and independently
- Be willing to come to work with a positive attitude, creative ideas, and welcoming personality
- Able to provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and guests
