WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Understand the latest technology trends, new functionality and market demands.
- Optimize our on-site merchandising and subscription program via reporting, cross-functional projects, and improved use of the voice of the customer (data driven improvement)
- Help to implement marketing and merchandising campaigns and promotions
- Deep problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple work streams simultaneously
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Leave your “paw” print with a project designed to make a true impact on the business
- Present recommendations and ideas to PetSmart executives and leaders
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

- Graduating Dec 2023 or May 2024
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences, Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Solid critical thinking ability and use of analytical skills
- You like working with teams - you love people!
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- You are proficient in Excel and familiar with MS Office
- Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona for the summer and potential future FT role
