- INDUSTRIAL DESIGN /ARCHITECTURE/RETIAL DESIGN/INTERIOR DESIGN
- 3 years’ experience- minimum
- Project Management experience in Retail Design and Merchandising department
- Budget management and vendor management
- Detail oriented and pragmatic
- Very operational mission
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY (Principal activities for the position)
- Design and technical drawings ( 3d renderings Sketch-up + production plan)
- Project management & Budget > follow up
- Bidding / call for tender / vendor management and development
- Quality control and follow up of projects from design / concept to installation, visual strategy and punch list
- Coordination with commercial team and client
- Strategic Ranking analysis & Database creation & follow up
- Presentation on Brand Roll out and strategy / Performance studies before and after launch action
- English (Spanish and French are a plus)
