Volunteer Engagement & National Service Program VISTA
MAVA is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as our Volunteer Engagement and National Service Program VISTA. MAVA is the premier statewide organization uniting, educating and advancing Minnesota communities through excellence in leadership of volunteers and best practices in organizational volunteerism! As MAVA's Volunteer Engagement and National Service Program VISTA, you will work closely with our volunteer supervisors assisting to strengthen and formalize MAVA’s Volunteer Engagement System, conducting volunteer outreach and developing recruitment, retention, and recognition materials. In support of MAVA's National Service Program, you will work with the VISTA Program Manager to promote the MAVA VISTA program, further develop the alumni group, and evaluate the program effectiveness of our VISTA host sites.
