2023 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program - New York

RESPONSIBILITIES


Projects include, but are not limited to:
  • Support deal teams in pitching and executing transactions
  • Create & maintain financial analyses and models
  • Understand product and market dynamics through comparable and markets analysis
  • Conduct due diligence and research on various businesses and industries
  • Develop presentation materials for internal colleagues, clients, and investors

 Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking (SGCIB) provides highly motivated individuals with the opportunity to build exceptional careers within the finance industry. Our Global Banking and Advisory Summer Analyst Program offers knowledge of banking, our businesses, and culture that will enable you to succeed in this innovative sector that provides expansive opportunities; it is also the main pipeline into our Full-Time Analyst Program.

The 10-week (June – August) program includes a Firmwide orientation to Société Generale’s businesses, followed by formal classroom training on our Global Banking and Advisory business. The Summer Analyst Program will enable you to benefit from ongoing networking and development opportunities inside and outside your assigned team.

You will work closely with one of the following teams: Coverage, Credit analysis, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsor Coverage, Debt Capital Markets, High Yield, Leveraged Finance, Strategic & Acquisition Finance, Asset-Backed Products, Ratings Advisory, Natural Resources & Infrastructure Financing, & Asset Based Finance, & Syndications.
